- Environmental awareness by taking pictures of flora and landscapes around the Hamilton area. Reducing poverty in the Hamilton community.

- I conserve water by having rocks instead of grass in my garden to reduce my water usage. I recycle whenever I can and use "green" cleaning products around the house with little or no chemicals. I donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Team ABC (Teachers Credit Union).
The money raised by Team ABC goes towards initiatives such as our "Adopt-a-School" program, Toonies for Transportation, our annual Adopt-a-Backpack / Lunch Bag campaign and other programs that benefit our local communities.
Some of the causes supported by Team ABC include:
Adopt-a-School Program - Our ongoing initiative benefits local schools and students in need.

Canadian Blood Services - www.bloodservices.ca
Heart & Stroke Foundation - A summer fundraising initiative, the Big Bike www.bigbike.ca
Toonies for Transportation - A spring initiative to raise money for student transportation.
Walk in Closet - A spring and fall clothing donation drive.
Backpack / Lunch Bag Drive - A July and August fundraising and donor initiative.
Toy Drive - A November and December toy donation drive.
Food4Kids - A nutrition program to provide food to students in need on weekends.
