Justice of The Peace Complaints see Court Documents from blogpost called " August 13, 2010 ,, have a look at the administration of Justice here in Hamilton"

This is one of three (3) official complaint letters sent to The Justices Of The Peace Review Council. There was three of them all of them complaining about different Justices of the Peace involved in this matter but for simplicity sake will only post one. They all said the same thing after all it was the same crime of obstruction of justice that Their Worships engaged in just on 3 different occasions.

My Defense

Ok now that there is lots of "dirty laundry" out there lets look at what my defense is to what I am alleged to have done.

Phone call by Hamilton Police Services

On September 11, 2010 I was sitting at home when i received a phone call from an pc Sirello (sp) badge # 886 or something like that don't have it written down in front of me right now but the call was interesting to say the least.

Hamilton Willing participant in Obstruction of Justice

On August 13 2010 I appeared for matters to be heard before the courts here in Hamilton in court room 100 located at 45 main street east the Sopinka Court house here in Hamilton.

Close enough will do for Hamilton Police Services and for the rest of Ontario too!

So apparently in today’s Hamilton Spectator not only did our finest make one mistake they made at least two. Remember that little incident on May 4 2010 when the police assaulted and arrested the innocent immigrant from Myanmar, well the ball they dropped there continued to bounce on down the road and into another innocent victim’s apartment.

May 25 Events so far,,,

Well I am sure that the local people are well aware of how the ETF (supposedly the top cops special training and all) went on a call to arrest a drug dealer of Greek heritage and got the wrong address. Wow they are truly specially trained officers who can’t even get the right address.

Well let’s see what the Crown was supposed to do when I brought my "laying of an Information" before Justice Hugh Brown.

Well, let’s see. What should I post and what can I legally post and what should I legally post? Lots of options with a certain rule to follow: as the saying goes “Say it with flowers, say it with mink, just don't ever say it in ink.”

While most are probably out celebrating I have been researching such things as sections in the Canada Post Act ,,, interesting read with provisions for opening, delaying, mail and a few other indictable offences.

The end result is that an infraction against theses sections in the act / statue is punishable up to 5 years in prison

The Crown still has not made full disclosure as far what they allege but sure seem to be trying awfully hard to intimidate me with big words.
