The Story of Thomas James Ball

This is the story of a man, a father, who, like so many other men have been fed into the meat grinder we call a justice system.

Mr. Ball on Friday June 15, 2011 self immolated in front of a court house in Keene County, New Hampshire. His act was one of political protest, a final attempt to wake the sleeping populace out of their sexist coma. One aspect of that coma is how men are treated in our justice systems.

When I say our justice systems I mean just that. The way men are treated throughout North America in our respective justice systems is in a word heinous.

We have a choice, we can continue to ignore what is being inflicted on our sons, borthers and fathers, which drives so many men to loose all hope, or we can speak up, wake up out of this coma and demand that all are treated equally.

My questions to you are :

How much longer are you willing to permit system induced murder via a misandric justice system ?

What is it going to take for society to wake up and realize just how deplorable men are being treated by our respective justice systems ?

How many more sons brothers and fathers are you willing to let end up in a morgue due to your silence ?

I am not going to reproduce the entire webpage here in my blog post. It is now up to you the reader to read all of it, examine the facts and then to act on those facts, but not in the way Mr. Ball did. It is up to you the reader to become his voice, the voice for your sons , brothers and fathers. To take their voice to your elected representatives and demand they enforce equality in the justice system.

The choice is yours more death due to despair or a united voice demanding our justice systems observe the rule of law thereby putting an end to the system induced murder of males. And if you doubt my word that what is going on is system induced murder here is the definition from the Criminal Code of Canada

Criminal negligence

219. (1) Every one is criminally negligent who

• (a) in doing anything, or

• (b) in omitting to do anything that it is his duty to do,

shows wanton or reckless disregard for the lives or safety of other persons.

(2) For the purposes of this section, “duty” means a duty imposed by law.

Causing death by criminal negligence

220. Every person who by criminal negligence causes death to another person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable

• (b) in any other case, to imprisonment for life.

To put it in layman's terms when a justice system employee or an elected official fails to treat a man equally and that man treated as a second class citizen, looses all hope and kills himself they are guilty of "causing death by criminal negligence".

Lets call it what it really is system induced murder by way of discrimination on the basis of sex.

Curiously Mr. Ball has not been added to the list, yet another example of men being considered disposable by society and the main stream media.
